We proudly serve Kentucky Medicaid recipients, seniors, and younger adults experiencing declining oral health or struggling with discomfort or lowered confidence due to missing teeth.

Dentures don’t have to be painful or expensive. At Smile Revival Denture Center, our caring team helps you smile, eat, and speak comfortably again — without pressure or judgment.

What We Do

At Smile Revival, we focus on a small number of services so we can do them well — all in one place.

Full Dentures

Full dentures replace all teeth on the upper or lower arch. They are custom-made to restore your smile, support facial structure, and improve eating and speaking.

Partial Dentures

Partial dentures replace several missing teeth while preserving remaining natural teeth. They help restore function and prevent nearby teeth from shifting.

Extractions

Extractions may be necessary before dentures are placed. Our team focuses on comfort, safety, and proper healing. Using local anesthesia, allowing you to stay comfortable and avoid being put fully “to sleep.”

Paying for Care

We believe everyone deserves access to care, regardless of cost. That’s why your initial consultation is free, and we offer several payment options to fit your needs. In addition to accepting standard forms of payment, we provide flexible options that can help make treatment more manageable.

Kentucky Medicaid

Many denture and extraction services are covered (often at no cost) for qualified Kentucky Medicaid patients. Typically, Kentucky Medicaid covers one set of dentures every 5 years. We are happy to help you explore what options you have through your Kentucky Medicaid coverage at your first appointment.

FiForAll Financing

This option offers flexible terms and approval options down to near-prime rates to make care more affordable by allowing you to spread the cost of care over time. If you are interested in this option, our team will walk you through eligibility and terms during your consultation so you can decide what works best for you.

CareCredit Accepted

CareCredit is a health and wellness credit card with flexible financing options so you can pay over time for the care you want or need. We are happy to accept this card for our services. You may apply online for a credit card if you don’t already have one.

FAQs

Below are some frequently asked questions related to denture coverage, care, process and experience. Can’t find the answer to your question here? Feel free to call us and we’d be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Does Kentucky Medicaid cover dentures?

Yes. Kentucky Medicaid often covers dentures and related services for eligible adults. Coverage can vary based on individual circumstances, so our team helps patients understand what is covered before treatment begins.

Is Smile Revival Denture Center only for Medicaid patients?

No. While we proudly accept Kentucky Medicaid, Smile Revival Denture Center is not limited to Medicaid patients. We welcome self-pay patients and offer affordable options, including CareCredit financing.
At this time, we do not accept other dental insurance plans, but our team will clearly explain costs and payment options before treatment begins so you can make an informed decision.

Does getting dentures hurt?

Most patients are surprised by how manageable the process is. Any necessary extractions are performed using local anesthesia, and we focus on comfort, healing, and clear expectations throughout treatment.

I still have some teeth. Will dentures mean I have to have them pulled? Will dentures be more uncomfortable than my current teeth?

Not always. Many patients come to us with some remaining teeth and concerns about extractions and comfort. During your consultation at Smile Revival Denture Center in Berea, our licensed dentist will evaluate your teeth and discuss all available options — including whether any teeth can be preserved or if dentures would improve comfort and function.

For many people experiencing pain, infection, or difficulty eating, well-fitted dentures can actually be more comfortable than living with damaged or decaying teeth. Our goal is never to rush decisions, but to help you understand your options and choose what feels right for you.

Are you put to sleep for extractions?

No. Extractions performed locally at Smile Revival are performed using local anesthesia only. Patients remain awake and can return to their day without the risks or fears associated with general anesthesia. In some cases, if surgical extractions are required, we will refer you to an oral surgeon, but this is not the norm.

What is the difference between full dentures and partial dentures?

Full dentures replace all teeth on the upper or lower arch, while partial dentures replace several missing teeth and work alongside remaining natural teeth. Our dentist helps determine the best option for each patient.

How long does it take to get dentures?

The timeline depends on whether extractions are needed and the type of denture recommended. During your consultation, we explain expected timelines so you know what to expect at each step within your customized treatment plan.
